Living Rooms & Storage Shopkeeper
IKEA Greenwich will be our leading sustainable store in the UK & Ireland! As a store team we have a shared responsibility to ensure that caring for people and planet is an integral part of everything we do. We will be a genuine part of the Greenwich community seeking to get to know our neighbours and co-create around sustainability and home furnishings. And simply have fun with them, too!

We will create a wonderful shopping experience for our customers, which will support the evolution of a bigger and better IKEA UK & IE… all within a highly efficient and demanding London retail environment. We are looking for leaders who truly empower and engage our co-workers and inspire them to create a true connection with our customers and community.

And we need you:
·  You are passionate about optimising sales and profitability by taking ownership of the range and actively promoting the IKEA commercial priorities.
·  You are acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback, as well as keeping an active eye on competition, supply and performance analysis.
·  You know the range in your shop and how to present its width and depth in order to satisfy and inspire visitors.
·  You ensuring that the shop is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times so that customers can make a buying decision on their own.
·  You create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with your team and other colleagues while providing an inspiring and motivating direction for co-workers and engaging them fully in the IKEA objectives
