A day in your life with us

As a leader trainee in logistics you will be part of our Replenishment department where you will be offered the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and learn how to give and take responsibility. At IKEA we believe in 'on the job training' thus most of your working hours you will spend with the co-workers in the replenishment department. You will be part of the daily work of your leader and thereby get an insight and skills on how to run a team. You will attend lots of various training modules where you will learn about yourself and your leadership style. Your toolbox will be filled with tools that will come in handy in your daily work as aspiring leader.

We expect a lot from our leader trainees - in return we offer you an ambitious 18 months leader trainee programme.

•The position is on an average 37 hours a week.
•Your working hours will be 37+ hours a week within the time frame 4am to 3pm as well as every 3rd weekend. A few nightshifts within the timeframe of 9pm to 5am will occur.
•A great deal of the work will be within operations in the store.
•Salary according to qualifications and the IKEA salary policy.
