Job Title: Lease Administrator
Department/Organization: Leasing
Direct Report to: Lease Administration Manager
Overall Aim of the Job (Mission):
Support within Leasing Department for documentation, system and administration duties.
Responsibilities
· Support Lease Team Managers, Lease Managers, Lease Specialists to prepare documents including lease agreements, supplementary letter, etc.
· Provide support to handle documentation process;
· Monitor filing status of leasing folder in SharePoint;
· Support Lease Admin Manager in CRM follow-up and production of aggregated reports
· Provide necessary administrative support to leasing team.
· Organize and minute weekly leasing meeting.
· Support to organize the department activities like Recon, MAPIC, tenant party, etc.
Knowledge
Mandatory for the position
· 1+ year working experience in HR or administration function.
· General knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database; To be acquired in the role
· Basic administrative knowledge;
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration Management or English
Capabilities/Skills
· Team player;
· Strong willingness to provide support;
· Self-activity, initiative;
· To be patient and precise;
· English speaking and writing is a Plus.
