We are looking for someone with passion for learning development! Someone who appreciates and have the ability to handle the different interfaces connected to this area – the interfaces that makes it all work! Someone with system knowledge and process experience who enjoys to get to the bottom of an analytical problem and solve it with help of different tools. The person we are looking for should also have strong collaboration skills and thecapacity to handle multiple priorities and key deliverables. Apart from an ability to collaborate, it is also necessary in this role to be able to navigate interdependently in a complex environment, have the ability to move things forward and to solve problems. You will in the role face bothtactical as well as operational challenges.

What about experience then? We would like to see that you have experience in the field of HR, preferably 3-5 years. We would also like to see that you have experience from working in a digital environment as well as from working in a global matrix organisation or from taking part in global projects. If you have an understanding of Cross-functional understanding of INGKA/IKEA Matrix and operations this will be very valuable in the role.

About the job
You will

·  Secure the tools and methods to provide global learning solutions and offers.
·  Secure up-to-date content in all learning channels.
·  Develop global guidelines and standards for the way Leadership and Competence is executed and delivered in the business.
·  Support an area at IKEA called Centres of Expertise in organizing and facilitating learning events and learning sessions.
·  Provide frameworks for learning and development evaluation and insights.
·  Analyse, challenge and follow-up on impact and ROI of Leadership and Competence initiatives.
·  Provide communication offer around Leadership and Competence matters.
·  Secure alignment between processes and tools within and outside of the own team.
·  Contribute to appointing approved vendors for the design of globally courses and then ongoing support in monitoring and measuring vendor service levels.
