ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as Leadership & Competence Leader , you lead an efficient, effective and consistent execution of Leadership & Competence development frameworks, concepts, approaches and solutions to ensure delivery on business targets, while securing a great customer and co-worker experience:
· Leads localisation of Centre of Expertise Leadership and Competence Development concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in country
· Responsible to ensure that global tools and learning offers are used: keeping country competence and leadership development offer up-to-date, and coordinates all development of learning solutions from People & Culture organisation
· Leads execution of country training calendar for both Leadership- and Competence Development including securing available and competent facilitators
· Contributes to a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localising and delivering Leadership and Competence Development content to all co-workers in the country
· Networks with stakeholders across the country organisation to best understand and deliver on their Competence & Leadership Development solution needs

You keep focus how to systematically create, capture, share, manage and utilise knowledge chasing digital best practices to achieve organisational goals and objectives. You have an interest or experience in using data from digital sources to gain insights of IKEA customers for business purposes and decision making.
You demonstrate true customer-oriented leadership ability in leading an independent specialist team with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks. You are experienced working flexible, taking own initiatives and responsibility. You express expectations, ideas and opinions in a plain way - with the courage to influence. You lead with the sense of urgency and you inspire clear-minded and with calmness.

For this role you need to have:
· Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience, with a minimum of 2 years specialised in Leadership & Competence Development
· Experience from a commercial global/matrix organisation
· Proven results in organizational and leadership development
· A true customer-oriented leadership experience in leading an independent specialist team with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks
· Excellent communication skills
