ABOUT THE JOB
Your role as an IKEA co-worker is to maximise sales and profitability within the Kitchens department by not just selling, but planning the customer's dream kitchens. This person will need to have a passion for home furnishings as well as an eye for detail. You would be surprised how much difference having different door handles would have on your home life experience. We want to ensure that IKEA is the first place people think of when they plan their brand new kitchen and we want you to be a part of that process!

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
·  Ensuring your department is clean and tidy at all times so that a customer visiting at the end of the day gets the same experience as the one at beginning of the day.
·  Being knowledgeable of the Kitchens range to be able to best advise customers on certain products
·  Pricing the department so that customers are able to shop on their own if they choose to.
·  Work within a team to deliver the Kitchens goal of number one in the market for kitchen sales
·  Sitting with customers and Planning whole kitchens on an internal system. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  Passion for design and customer focus
·  The ideal candidate will share the IKEA values and be an ambassador of them
·  You have passion for home furnishing
·  You have good customer care skills
·  You have an interest in home furnishing and people's every day life at home.
·  You will not only have the ability to, but want to work within a team
·  You will have a wide availability including evenings and weekends
·  You will want to share knowledge with your team and also learn from them.

·  3 x 39 Hours Contract
·  Fully flexible, working 5/7 days, alternate weekends and late shifts
