About the job
ABOUT THE JOB
Work as a member of the Customer Service team and support the Kitchen Business Area with specific responsibility for providing specialist knowledge that enables the development of the Kitchen Installation Service.
Take responsibility for the co-ordination of customer installation orders; following up or escalating as necessary any store or Installation Service Provider (I.S.P.) issues that compromise the customer experience relating to Kitchen installation.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining a professional and lasting impression of IKEA, specifically relating to Kitchen Installation orders.
• Provide support, guidance, and specialist training to all relevant functions across the store, securing competence resulting in the successful completion of all Kitchen Installation Orders.
• Implement and secure the efficient response to and the resolution of customer issues within the agreed service level, through strong communication with the Customer Service Department, Kitchen Business Area, Kitchen Installation Contact Centre (KICC) and I.S.P.
• Effectively promote the Kitchen Installation Service in-store in order to maximise sales.
• Contribute towards the control of costs relating to the Kitchen Installation Service through proactively monitoring the activities relating to the order, level of service & customer experience.
