In order to strengthen our eCommerce capabilities we are now looking for an IT Solution Analyst to our Multichannel unit within IKEA IT located in Helsingborg. The overall target of the unit is to secure the end-to-end service delivery of our Web and Sales order management services.

IT Solution Analyst
As IT Solution Analyst for Ikea retail website IRW your main task is to lead and facilitate technical matters together with our Demand organisation as well as our suppliers.

Your overall responsibility will be to drive translation of business requirements into sustainable and deliverable IT solutions, based on technology advice you´ve delivered. Furthermore you will be responsible for the solution architecture and the breakdown in to high level design. You make sure that the IT solutions follow agreed architecture and design, optimize the IKEA IT landscape and are in line with IKEA's long term plans and goals. The enhancements you will be working with are to their characteristics containing all kind of issues that will lead to improvement that will be have an impact on the customer in the end. You will be involved in all the different stages in the life cycle, from beginning to the follow up of the new improvement, in a global and complex IT environment. Furthermore you challenge expectations, show risks and possibilities and work proactively to create cost efficient solutions. You work in close cooperation with the demand organisation, architects, service owners and vendors.

Is this the right challenge for you?

Key competences for this role are:

· Extensive experience from complex integration and system architecture
· Experience from the different phases of software development.
· Competence in building web solutions, preferable with back end system. To be successful in your role we expect you to have some years of experience of leading and facilitating solution development: from requirements to production via solution design, development, testing and implementation. You have understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure and experience of requirement management as well as quality assurance. You have experience from working with vendors and follow up through KPI's. Retail or IT experience from the Supplying and/or Logistic area is desirable and you have a good understanding of ITIL; Service Operation and Service Transition.

You have a strong ability to work in a fast changing environment with good self esteem. Bringing in structure comes natural to you. You have excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and in English. As a person you are simple and humble with the ability to enable good teamwork. You are also analytical and have the ability to work independently and learn quickly. You are challenged by taking technical lead and build trust through a goal oriented mindset. Relationship management is key for you and you have a strong ability to enable good teamwork in a good balance of being responsive and humble.
