We are looking for one iSell super-user. The super-user will work 50% as a country super-user (supporting the upcoming stores) and 50% as store super-user (based in Hyderabad)

We are currently looking for a iSell Super User to join our IKEA team in Hyderabad.

PURPOSE OF JOB

· iSell is IKEAs selling tool, is used at all our sales desks and is used for selling goods, transport and service (E.g. assembly, installation etc…)
· Being a super-user for iSell means that you need a lot of passion for selling, but you also need to be quite administrative and keep track of all the settings in and around iSell, and the possibilities around them.
· As a super-user for iSell you will conduct a lot of trainings, so this is something that you need to have passion for.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

· Having a good knowledge of how the units work, the country business plan and the needs of our customers and the impact my work has on these.
· Working actively and regularly with the solution, having expert knowledge and understanding how the tools are used in the process they are supporting.
· Understanding why the solution and connected processes are designed in a certain way and being aware of their strengths and opportunities.
· Knowing the peak times of the units and the deadlines they work to and using these to present information to them in a timely way in order for them to achieve their deadlines.
· Securing a network of competent super users in my country and enabling them to ensure competent end-users.
· Providing support to the users in my country.
· Assisting in reporting IT related issues to Helpdesk.
· Securing that the solution is utilised in a proper way in my country to make use of its full potential.
· Capturing, analysing, documenting, tracing, prioritising and agreeing on requests from the country.
· Communicating requirement changes both to the global solution contact and the users in my country as necessary.
· Handling expectations and communicating solution related matter to relevant stakeholders.
· Supporting the verification in production and testing of new releases, if required.
· Ensuring the translation of new releases, documentation or related training in my country, if required.
· Participating in global super user meetings as required.

· Experienced and knowledgeable in my own country and function.
· One year full-time experience in an IKEA store.
· Expert knowledge of the assigned solutions and related activities.
· Ability to understand customer needs.
· Ability to work both on tactical and operational level.
· Ability to prioritise and organise work in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
· Flexible approach to work and open to change.
· Understanding of change management.
· Proven change management skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
· Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
· Proven ability to build and maintain an effective network.
· Ability to work with timelines and schedules and maintain deadlines.
· Ability to read and communicate in English.
· Proven transfer knowledge and presentation skills.
