Are you a practical person with strong analytical skills and an interest in creating a better shopping experience for our customers? Do you like challenges and would you like to join a multinational company?
We are the Knowledge & Insights Team at IKEA Switzerland, and we are searching for a motivated candidate to join us. You will contribute to our mission in connecting the needs of our customers and the wider Swiss organization. Your role will be focused on developing analysis of our customers’ feedback, where you analyses and challenge current processes.

Your tasks

·  Supporting the team in updating weekly and monthly reports
·  Supporting in the analysis of surveys and developing recommendations for a higher customer satisfaction.
·  Co-ordinating and answering requests of internal stakeholders
·  Responsible for your own project in the area of customer expectations
You offer

·  Bachelor/Master or similar degree or many years of professional experience in this field with mathematical background
·  Strong analytical skills, previous related experience an advantage
·  Strong knowledge in MS Office specially in Excel and Power Point
·  Curious and open-minded personality
·  Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
·  Project management experience nice to have
