IKEA WARRINGTON currently have a number of part time co-worker vacancies across the store, including in:
- Sales, Market hall and Showroom
- Logistics
- Checkouts/ returns
-Ikea Food
-Self Serve Warehouse
-Recovery/Bargain Corner

Part time contracts available are 12 and 16 hours per week.
In order to meet customers in our busiest times, hours of work will include; days, evenings and weekend. Please state your availability to work in your cover letter.

Sales
You actively approach customers who you see require additional help. You identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations.

Customer Relations
My priority is to ensure my check-out is effectively equipped at all times throughout the day and I am ready and available to help customers when needed.
I have the knowledge, confidence, and desire to make customer payment easy.I know my levels of authorisation to solve payment problems when they occur and recognise when I need to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorisation. I pass on the relevant information for them to deal effectively and efficiently with the customer.
I offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make a better future shopping experience for everyone. I use the till to accurately register products and register payment from customers according to given routines. I ensure our store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues.
Ikea Food
To keep our customers happy and full during their visit, Ikea food co-workers must prepare and serve a wide range of food and beverages in an efficient way with customer service in mind. Co-workers must have good knowledge of the Ikea Food range and work daily with food safety to be able to advise our customers and upsell. Co-Workers will serve customers using the tills, serve their colleagues in the staff restaurant and keep the food preparation and seating areas clean tidy and stocked.
Logistics
Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goodsflow tasks.Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.
Perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flowprocess.Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in orderto maximise product availability for customers.
Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to preventany incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.
Contribute to optimized goods flow operations in the store by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious wayusing and sharing good examples.
Be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.
