IKEA Round Rock is hiring for Customer Service Coworkers!

You will be interviewing for any of the following jobs with us:
•Retail Customer Service I Coworker- Greeter, Cash Lanes
•Retail Customer Service II Coworker- Returns, Full Serve Hand Out, and Home Delivery
Availability requirements are as follows:
•Must have open availability including evenings and weekends
Hours Levels Available:
• 12- 20 hours per week- Part Time with Some Benefits
• 20- 34 hours per week- Part Time with Full Benefits
Customer Service I Job Description:
• Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
• Provides an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
• Offers additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card
• Resolves customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
• Provides friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services
Customer Service II Job Description:
• Creates a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders. Records information accurately so the resulting analysis can be used to make improvements to customers’ future shopping experience.
• Meets customers' needs, solves problems independently, and recognizes when to escalate to a manager.
• Builds loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the IKEA shopping experience.
• Builds emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers.
• Provides customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO). Offers and sells services to customers during the handover process when needed.
• Provides the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns.
