HR Business Partner, IKEA Exeter

We are preparing to open our 21 st store in spring 2018 - IKEA Exeter!
We will make a major contribution to the retail development and investment in the city, both in terms of job opportunities and bringing our home furnishing offer to the region.

We are looking for current leaders with a passion for people and potential to be ambassadors of the IKEA culture and values. Do you have a proven track record in contributing to making a Great Place to Work?

Are you ready to recruit and on-board a team of 400 curiosity driven problem solvers, securing the engagement and competence development needed to ensure a positive customer experience from day one?

You will collaborate with managers and co-workers to create an environment of openness and trust where everyone feels valued and important from the start.

You will support your business partners with all people processes from attracting candidates, recruiting, on-boarding, developing through to talent spotting and succession planning. Always with the customer and co-worker experience at the centre.

·  You are able to travel before the store opens

Salary range: £27,000 to £33,000
Closing date: 12 th April 2017

Timeline: Assessment centres will take place in Bristol on 24 th and 26 th April with a view to on-board on 5 th June.
