ABOUT THE JOB
Our IKEA Food function is expanding and we are searching for an individual who has the passion and motivation to join our team. We are recruiting for a confident, dynamic co-worker who will be customer focused and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include
·  Keeping the customer in focus and taking action to optimise sales.
·  Ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, tidy, attractive and inviting.
·  Actively learn about the products we sell.
·  Understanding and contributing to your department's action plans, and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager.
·  Taking action to ensure safety at all times.
·  Ensure efficiency and good operations following daily operational routines as set by your manager. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  Customer focused and strong interaction skills with people
·  You are flexible and open, curious and eager to learn.
·  You enjoy working together with other people.
·  Ability and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
·  You take pride in how you serve our range to customers and want to give them a tasty reason to return again and again!
·  If you have previous service environment experience is preferred. Are you hungry for the opportunity?

Additional Information :

There are 2 X 18 hour contracts available. Flexibility throughout the week is required and weekend availability is needed. IKEA is a living wage employer which means that the starting salary is £8.45 per hour.
