About the job
You are an ambassador for the IKEA store, encouraging visitors to stay longer, making the IKEA experience fun for everyone while offering great quality food.
You contribution

·  The customer is always in focus, you strive to make them smile, taking time to seek and listen to feedback ensuring an easy buying process by knowing the services offered throughout the store.
·  You strive to ensure quality, freshness and efficiency, optimising sales by promoting add-ons.
·  You will have the opportunity to help and support co-workers and learn from others whilst taking the responsibility for your own department.
·  Taking action to ensure safety at all times
·  Ensure efficiency and good operations following daily operational routines set by your manger Are you?

·  Open, curious and eager to learn
·  Service minded, sales driven and flexible with work routines
·  Experienced in food handling or retail (this would be an advantage)
·  Someone who takes pride in the achievements of your team
