Our first IKEA store in Korea opened in December 2014 successfullyand our second store in October 2017.We strongly believe that a happier life starts at home and we have an exciting expansion plan in front of us. We are still in the beginning of establishing IKEA in Korea, developing the brand and building a strong long term positioning .

Our plan is to open our forth store in Korea 2020 and we are very much looking forward to establish a multichannel business for the many people!

Store #4 will be located in Busan city, the second largest port city in Korea.

About the job (your work & tasks) :
In your role as IKEA Food Administrator, you will responsible for quality in IKEA Retail Food business data, compliant and efficient ways of working, provide consolidated reports and business solution as well as administration competence in the team.

You will lead and coach in the market to optimise and develop the IKEA Retail Food business.

 
More information about your tasks:

·  Securing the correct flow of ordering, goods receiving and invoices
·  Registration of orders and securing order confirmation
·  Registration of delivery notes
·  Secure matching of delivery notes against order documents and take actions upon deviations
·  Registration of waste, transfer in/transfer out documents (internal stock adjustments) as well as the proper handling of associated costs
·  Coordination of regular stock counts
·  Ensure that inventory management is performed in the most efficient way according to IKEA’s processes
·  Identify stock deviations and alert management in order that proper actions are taken
·  Registration of stock corrections when required
·  Ensuring that invoices match the delivery note, identify deviations and alert management in order that proper actions are taken
·  Control point for all IKEA Food invoices before submission to Finance/accounting department and checking all mandatory requirements. Invoice coding on IKEA Food invoices according to book-keeping demands.
·  Register approved credit notes in the system
·  Timely and correct registration of activities
·  Ensure correct financial handling of stock
·  Secure that proper end of period reports are existing
·  Cooperate with country Business Analyst to secure the correct setup of local articles, promotions and combos, prices etc.
·  Providing the management with business information
·  Identify articles requiring inventory spot-checks and coordinate the spot-checks
·  Support management with monthly accrual process
·  Carry out all actions in accordance with local laws as well as IKEA internal rules and guidelines
