About the job
As an IKEA Business co-worker you actively seek out new Business- to Business customers who have previously not considered IKEA as a supplier. You optimise the relationship with our customers when they contact IKEA business. You will maintain this relationship via telephone contact or via email. This increases overall customer satisfaction and creates the desire for them to want to return and shop with IKEA Business again.
As an IKEA Business co-worker you will be involved with the whole process from start to finish; you receive the order and you will oversee the process up until the point of delivery and assembly. To ensure this process is successful you will have to communicate with a lot of different departments within IKEA. You will also be an active store ambassador to communicate the sales figures for IKEA Business.

Additional information:
· IKEA Reading is Reading Retailer of the Year 2017
· Shift patterns cover all retail hours and may start at 8am of finish at 10pm with a minimum of 1 late shift per week
· Weekend working 2 out of 3 weekends essential
· Living Wage of £8.45 per hour
