IKEA Wembley are seeking a human resources manager who can champion the people agenda and help create the environment that will grow competence co-workers who will provide the customer with a wonderful shopping experience.

Wembley is in the top ten stores globally and has an ambitious growth agenda. The store is fast paced and future-orientated environment that has a diverse co-worker population and needs a strong human resources leader that can inspire its may co-workers.

A little more about the role.

The HR Manager's role is to establish IKEA as the preferred employer byattracting those who share the IKEA values, ensuring continued development for all co-workers, inspiring them to emotionally connect with the IKEA work environment, our products and our customers.

It is essential that:

·  You have 3-5 years Human Resources Management Experience.
·  Your values reflect the IKEA values.
·  You are passionate about developing people and contributing to the country succession and IKEA.
·  You coach, influence, lead & inspire managers to support the people agenda.
·  You are a change agent.
·  You thrive in a fast paced, commercial, challenging and future-oriented environment.
·  You have experience leading large, diverse teams.
