ABOUT THE JOB
The role of HR Generalist is as much about people as it is about specialist HR knowledge. You will work across the store to share your specialist HR knowledge and guidance with our managers and co-workers in line with our vision and values. You are a confident, assertive and outgoing team player who can work in a fast-paced and hands-on retail environment.
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· Your values reflect the IKEA values
· You have at least 2 years' experience of working in HR including providing HR advice and guidance to managers.
· Demonstrate how you ensured integrity of HR systems, guidelines and documents.
· Be able to demonstrate how you communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
· Demonstrate how you have applied knowledge of current employment legislation & code of practices (including disciplinary & grievances and attendance management)
· Have a business understanding and a background with the customer in focus.
· Be an excellent relationship builder and be capable of working in a demanding, changing and pressurised environment.
· Preferably, obtained professional CIPD membership (Assoc CIPD).

Additional Information :
*This role requires you to work 1 late night per week and every other weekend*

Salary - £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
