About the job
· Identify talents who share the IKEA values and competence for the roles.
· Manage all aspects of recruitment process and provide high-quality and professional recruitment services to the stake holders
Your assignment
Talent Acquisition
· Manage end to end recruitment process for both part-time and full-time positions such as advertising, tracking and scheduling of potential candidates, screening and interview, etc
· Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places job ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
· Conduct phone screenings, first-round interviews, intake meetings, interview debriefs and review assessments.
· Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process with Hiring Manager feedbacks.
· Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
· Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Operational Excellence
· Preparation of employment contract.
· Support New Hire process including carry out the introduction of new hires, issuance of welcome package, uniform, lockers, access cards, etc.
· Setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files.
· Assist in preparation of various HR Report, HR surveys, compilation of statistics, etc. from time to time when requested by department and/or authorities.
· Any add-hoc HR related matters that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification
Your profile
· At least 2 years of recruitment experience or similar HR role.
· High integrity and professionalism.
· Strong work ethic & ownership of the responsibilities.
· Team player and enjoy sharing knowledge and building good working relationships at all levels.
· Passion in home furnishing and retail industry.
· Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
