Job Title: HR Administrator, Service Office
Department/Organization: HR & Admin
Direct Report to: HR & Admin Manager , Service Office
Overall Aim of the Job (Mission):
Support HR Manager to secure Office Admin, C&B and PA function run effectively & smoothly in Service office.
Responsibilities
Office Admin
· Office furniture purchase
· Office lay-out: seating, decoration, etc.
· Cooperate with Shared Service for a tide and user friendly office environment
· ICC phone list update
· Check office expense payment before HR manager approve the cost.
· Company car management: running cost monitoring, driver management and improve the company car usage routine.
· Annual co-worker benefit plan draft and execution
C&B
· Be responsible for compensation calculation
· Support HR Manager to make annual salary survey
· Be responsible for Service office payroll calculation.
· Be responsible for payroll administration and social benefit administration with the support of IKEA Shared service and Fesco.
· Be responsible for business insurance with the support of PingAn.
· Maintain the HR systems: CDS, SAP.
· Be responsible for People Caring Benefit
Personnel Admin
· Assisting on local EE's residence permit application
· Be responsible for co-worker's check in & check-out process, maintain joining package
· Maintain personal database, and personal P-file,
· Maintain the HR systems: Kronos
· Facilitate new staff introduction/orientation process.
· HR key figures reporting quarterly
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
· University degree.
· >3 year C&B relevant experience will be preferred.
· Be familiar with China labor law and relevant regulations.
