Do you have passion for People and experience in Administration?
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well-established existing HR team, where you will support and contribute to the delivery of the HR Action Plan, HR idea and the IKEA business objectives by working in partnership with all business functions and 460+ co-workers in the store.
The role of the HR Administrator is to look after the smooth running of the HR administration process and ensure the end to end processes are undertaken including payroll, benefits, starters, leavers, contract changes.
Work as a member of the HR team to provide an accurate and efficient administrative support to the HR department and to our Managers and Team leaders.

•Deal effectively with all initial enquiries
•Responsible for ensuring all HR administrative systems are accurate, and compliant with UK audit procedures and the Data Protection Act and all filing systems are up to date and accurate
•Work with the HR Business Partner to ensure that all candidates that have applied through the Recruitment system receive a timely response
•Work with leaders to ensure all HR Administration is completed in a timely manner
•Support the HR Business Partner to ensure that all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely and accurate manner; in particular disciplinary, grievance and appeal paperwork
•Support the HR Business Partner to ensure that we are at all times compliant with our responsibilities under UK immigration law
•Be the key advisor in the unit for IKEA policies; coach and support the line managers to ensure a consistent and fair approach
•Responsible for ensuring that all co-workers are supplied with the appropriate tools and equipment to deliver their job roles
About you
•Good communication & Strong administration skills (HR systems and Microsoft Office Package)
•Good interpersonal & Social skills and high accessibility
•Attention to detail & Confidential
•Passions for the IKEA Brand
•Self-starter and possess good problem solving skills
•CIPD level 3 not essential, however preferred
•Previous experience in retail preferred

Starting salary £18k up to £22k depending on experience.
