Working in our Market Hall, our co-workers are responsible for making sure that all of the information that customer need to make a buying decision is available to them, providing excellent shopping experience all the time and keeping the range presentation neat and inspiring.

As our Sales Co-worker at MK, you will have:
Customer focus- customer comes first! Actively approaching customers when you recognize they are in need of assistance and you are curios to understand their needs and provide them with inspirational home furnishing solutions.

• Have an energetic and team focused approach with a passion for retail

• Proven experience working in a high volume retail environment

• Be passionate about IKEA products and want to actively learn about their features and benefits, and then share your knowledge with our customers and colleagues.

• Loads of initiative to think on your feet and be willing to get your ‘hands dirty' to get the job done and find solutions quickly

• Strong communication and a good eye for detail

• You have a flexible approach to work and are open to change .

• You have an interest in home furnishing and people's everyday life at home .

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

• Being passionate about the products you sell and actively learning about their features and benefits. You then want to share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.

• Actively approaching customers who you see need additional help, and advising them on the best solutions for their homes in order to sell more.

• Preparing your area of responsibility for stock replenishment and next day's business.

• Understanding your department's action plans, and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager.

• Maximising sales and profitability by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, tidy, fully stocked and correctly priced. You also ensure your products are in perfect condition at all times.
