About you
You, as a Goods Flow Out Co-worker, will support IKEA in facilitating warehouse picking, home delivery service and remote sales orders including our first step in Multichannel. You will enjoy problem solving to find our customers solutions to their problems. You will enjoy the rewards of contributing towards the customer experience and working in a physically demanding warehouse environment. You will beenthusiastic about working with others in a team and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment along with the IKEA store and external service providers. Your personal values truly reflect those of our IKEA values, and you have a real passion for home furnishings.
About the Role
You, as a Goods Flow Out Co-worker, will be responsible for picking, packing and the distribution of customer orders. You will work alongside the IKEA store, our Customer Support Centre and with external service providers to ensure we are supporting the flow of goods out to our customers.
About the Assignment
You will be expected to be responsible for the following:
· Assisting with the movement of stock
· Picking, packing and distributing of customer orders
· Understanding your department's action plans, and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager.
· Working together with colleagues across the store and external service providers.
· Help and support colleagues when needed, share knowledge with them and encourage them to do the same
