• Have 3-5 years of experience in a logistics function
• Have 3 years or more experience in leading teams (leading leaders) and passion for developing people and reaching goals together – with proven strong results

• Are both operational and strategical in your approach and able to prioritize and take part in operational tasks when needed
• Able to lead in change and structured and well planned in your actions
• Good knowledge of store fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors.
• Knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures for Goods Flow to keep all co-workers and customers safe.
• Good knowledge of resource planning by potential sales scenarios, forecast, and fulfilment flows allocation.
Your responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Be accountable for leading the store goods flow team and work in collaboration with Sales and the store Commercial Team to secure the highest goods availability to enable customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost.
• Work closely together with the Logistics Manager and the Sales and Supply Support Manager to secure a living capacity plan and an effective, qualitative and efficient goods flow process.
• Contribute with relevant goods flow input and feedback to the local business plan and logistics action plan and ensure that these actions are implemented
• Responsible to secure close cooperation and strong communication with various transport planning departments in order to optimize the Inbound deliveries.
• Ensure development, execution and optimization of all goods flow operations ensuring the preconditions for a safe, effective and efficient goods flow process.
• Monitor Store KPIs and work strategically together with your team, the store commercial team and the sales and supply support team.
• Lead and develop a team of leaders and co-workers and secure a diverse, competent, and high performing team
• Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach excellence in daily store fulfilment operations.
About this work area
In Logistics, we start the day early to prepare the store for opening. Some of the tasks require good physical health, and it’s important that you can take part in operational tasks if needed. If you have a forklift driver's license it’s a plus, but not a requirement.

OTHER INFORMATION
• The position is on average 37 hours per week on an individual contract. Overtime is reflected in the salary.
• Working hours is placed between 7AM to 9PM Monday to Sunday, and you should expect to work evenings and weekends as you are also part of the safety group for the store.
• Salary within IKEA’s salary policy based on your competencies and including pension.
