YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:

•Have the knowledge, confidence and desire to resolve customer complaints and deal positively and quickly with issues that are raised.
•Know how to assemble IKEA furniture to assist customers who have difficulty
•Optimiserelationships with IKEA customers to drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability
•Actively work together with other store functions to continuously improve the shopping experience for our customers in order to drive long-term sustained profitability
•Understand the impact of your actions on the financial results of the business
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

•Customer service experience
•Ability to use and take personal initiative and to make considered decisions
•Ability toprioritiseand organize own work to make efficient use of time available
•Ability to handle several tasks at the same time
•Attention to detail

Additional Information :

2 x 39 hour contracts
Shift pattern will be alternate weekends and a late shift
