About you :
· Strong interest in the IKEA vision and values;
· Strong analytical/investigation skills;
· Strong team player;
· Master degree in Finance or similar;
· Min 2 years of experience within a similar role in a banking, pension fund, insurance or corporate environment in particular in the Asset Management area;
· Strong knowledge of risk management (FRM or equivalent is a plus);
· Knowledge of financial products and their valuations (financial modelling)
· Awareness of regulatory and legal frameworks;
· Strong presentation and communication skills in English, any other European language would be an asset.

About the job:
As a Financial Risk Analyst you will be responsible to review the position, risk and performance of the IKEA Group in Ingka Investments and Treasury activities. You will also ensure that compliance is implemented to best practice and policies are adhered at all times.

About the assignment:
· Analysis and monitoring of Ingka Investments risks in relation to performance ;
· Review projects for new investments in Ingka Investments with specific focus on risks
· Ensure a good level of awareness concerning risk in relation to performance in the Asset Management sphere;
· Support the business in the yearly risk assessment cycle and consolidate all risks within Ingka Investments
· Ensure activities are conducted effectively and in compliance with our policies & standards as well as relevant regulations and laws;
· Participate in development of internal policies and procedures;
· Drive potential improvement projects involving Financial Risk Monitoring & Control, ensuring that risks are correctly taken into account;
