ABOUT THE POSITION

IKEA Finance & Services AG, based in Pratteln, plays a crucial role within the Swiss organization providing services as finance, IT, personnel administration to all the IKEA companies in Switzerland. YOUR ASSIGNEMENT

You will:

·  Be responsible for accounting, tax, treasury and business support finance, local IT and Personnel Administration of the Swiss IKEA companies
·  Be the main contact person in those areas for global matrix responsible
·  Site manager Finance & Services hub in Pratteln
·  Contribute to global and local projects in the areas mentioned above
·  Act as “sparring partner” for the Business Navigation, Operations and Finance Manager team in Switzerland
·  Assure compliance with local laws and regulations and group rules in the areas mentioned above
·  Be responsible for local insurance contracts in alignment with the global insurance programmes

YOUR PROFILE

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

·  You are a Swiss Certified Accountant (or similar) with at least 3 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position.
·  You are used to resolving complex problems independently by applying the theoretical and practical knowledge you have acquired.
·  You have strong leadership skills, which you already applied in a similar environment.
·  You are willing to contribute with your flexibility and knowledge to the development of IKEA Switzerland.
·  Being fluent in German and English is a prerequisite (French would be an asset)
