Contribute to our business’ success by ensuring a safe and energy-saving environment and support for the Store’s sustainable business development and operation excellence

Your assignment

·  Ensure that the systems and equipment that were assigned always well maintain and available to operate.
·  Ensure compliance by outsourced companies with applicable regulations
·  Being able to handle and carry out emergency situations in order to eliminate or minimize the consequences and possible losses and damages to the store.
·  Take active part in budget preparations for contracts regarding outsourced services.
·  Monitor and supervise the technicians, outsourced service companies, cooperate with other department to meet and exceed targets.
·  Responsible to coach, support and challenge team members, to help them to grow together.
·  Ensure that all reports from technicians, outsourced companies are executed and sent in appropriate manner and according to agreed timeframes and the information provided is correct.
Qualification

Your profile

·  Experience in maintenance, repairs and facility support at least 5 years; Cooling towers & chiller, Waste water treatment, Transformer, MDB, DB, Machine and equipment installation.
·  Ability to work as shift and people in a highly multi-cultural environment.
