One of our priorities for the Austrian market is to develop our eCommerce channel to be able to meet the consumer needs in a competitive way by establishing a new organization for the eCommerce business.
As an eCommerce Shopkeeper/Merchandiser (f/m) you will have an important role for IKEA to continue the eCommerce development. The purpose of the job is to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability in the online channel in all of our home furniture businesses. You report to the eCommerce Sales Manager. You are driven by your values that equal the IKEA values.
Your main assignments:
· Continually merchandise the IKEA website in the most optimal way, take care of key products and range areas so that they are strongly promoted across the website.
· Focus on commerciality and sales steering of the range presentation.
· Ensure that the commercial priorities and all agreed promotional activities are properly supported from an eCommerce perspective.
· Take ownership, know and work actively with the online product range, monitor performance and continually develop range frame options to ensure sales and profit opportunities are maximized.
· Implement and present new as well as seasonal range.
· Understand and monitor national market demographics, the economy, competitors, different consumer's life at home and shopping behaviours.
· Support the Multichannel-Approach of IKEA to secure a seamless shopping experience for the customer in all possible media.
· Ensure that there is a good understanding of the customers' user journey on the IKEA website. Your skills:
· Retail knowledge and experience.
· Knowledge of eCommerce and web merchandising processes & methods.
· Knowledge of online marketing tools and an ability to follow up and analyse online sales (source codes, campaign codes, basket analysis, AOV, etc.).
· Computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Good German and English, spoken and written.
· Experience of keeping up to date with competitor information and market trends.
· Ability to influence and convince business partners in a matrix organisation

Additional Information :
For this position we offer you a yearly gross salary starting from € 29.400,- (full-time). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement. For this position we offer full and part-time working options.
