IKEA South East Europe (SEE) is a new organization which is looking to create a better everyday life for the many people in Croatia, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.

IKEA South East Europe is an exciting and empowering region with great growth agenda. We will open 3 new stores in less than 3 years, establish IKEA retail operations in 2 new countries, hire 1000 new co-workers and reach turnover of 500 000 000 EUR, with potentially over 11 stores in plan for the future.

Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Easy Buying Manager (m/f) for the IKEA Zagreb store.

ABOUT THE JOB


As IKEA Easy Buying Manager you will work as a member of the Customer Relations Management Team with the aim of achieving IKEA goals and standards.

You will be responsible for building and retaining a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by valuing and fulfilling customers' needs and expectations, thereby stimulating more and more frequent visits, understanding customers' motivation and expectations and ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand before, during and after their visit.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:

·  Support a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit and ensure an overall easy buying experience.
·  Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local customer relations' action plan.
·  Ensure the efficient and cost-effective execution of the IKEA exchanges and returns policy and a customer-friendly handling of complaints.
·  Build team with good working environment that are customer focused and motivated to perform to achieve Service Level goals Support and follow up co-workers on results and competence development in a structured way and be a present and trustworthy support for the co-workers in their daily work
·  Ensure the right number of competent co-workers to secure that all enquiries and assignments are solved with good quality and in the promised time frame.
·  Support proactively with customer insights to improve business and functional operations.
·  Implement and follow up on the activities identified to remove hindrances and secure a customer-focused easy buying experience.
·  Implement the global solutions, services and tools that support self-service and self-choice during the complete buying experience.
·  Ensure balanced operational excellence in daily operations to enhance the easy buying experience.
·  Secure development and succession by actively leading by example every day, supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers.
·  Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for the team and its individual members to ensure development and succession.
·  Contribute in rollouts for new or updated solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

·  at least 3 years of experience in similar team leading roles
·  a passion for customer support and customer satisfaction;
·  experience of working in a management role in retailing and taking responsibility for a large team;
·  experience of actively meeting customers' needs through understanding customers in a service industry;
·  self-confidence and assertiveness with the ability to influence through the use of customer insight;
·  sound understanding of business and a background gained from working in a customer-focused, fast-paced and multichannel retail environment;
·  the ability to find solutions for customers'and operational issues;
·  the ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers' expectations;
·  a passion for home furnishing, people's life at home, and the IKEA product range;
·  a desire to motivate people and act as a manager and leader, as well as encourage development and empowerment of others;
·  strong communication skills with the ability to adjust the communication style based on the receiver and the ability to handle conflict situations;
·  a systematic approach to tasks and the ability to organise a team/people and work in order to make the most efficient use of available time;
·  the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language and fluently in English;
·  experience in working with CRM systems and Knowledge Management;
·  in-depth knowledge of Windows operating system; and if you recognize your own value and see it in others too, if your enthusiasm radiates to your colleagues and you lead by example, if you believe that sharing ideas is the best way to discover new ways of doing things, we would like to hear from you.
