CUSTOMER FULFILMENT
Customer Fulfilment (CFF) plays a fundamental role within Retail in achieving the IKEA goal of becoming a multichannel retailer. Customer Fulfilment acts as a fully integrated function, with an end-to-end approach to develop our business, having customers’ needs at heart. We are focusing on contributing to a seamless shopping experience for the many people with great quality across all touchpoints.
The Central Fulfilment Operations function within CFF is accountable for taking a lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance and development of central fulfilment units/sites within the market.
Distribution unit Esipovo is a full range DC with Customer Distribution (Freight and Parcel) and Store Replenishment operations that currently is being extended to double its storage and handling capacity. It operates as a trustful & reliable Supply Chain partner developing internal routines to balance the CD and SD operations for the better customer experience for entire Russia.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position we see that you are experienced in working in a leading position within a diverse environment, managing business processes and have the ability to get things done, with the desire to question current ways of working with an entrepreneurial spirit.
We see that you have:

·  3-5 years working experience in a higher managerial function;
·  Experience of deliver both business result and people development;
·  Good business understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach;
·  Excellent knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment;
·  Excellent knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations;
·  Experience in change management and leading in the unknown/exploring;
·  Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate, connect, inspire and develop people on all levels in the organization;
·  Good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders;
·  High level of entrepreneurship in a challenging environment;
·  Competence in social and environmental issues related to warehouse activities;
·  Aptitude to transform strategies into excellence in daily operations;  
ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of the role is to take accountability and overall responsibility for a high-performing Distribution unit Esipovo. As the manager for the unit you will:

·  Be accountable for excellence in daily operations, quality and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to exceed customer expectations;
·  Lead, coach and develop the Distribution unit Esipovo team to secure an inspiring and motivating environment;
·  Make sure that Distribution unit Esipovo is considered an equal business partner towards all relevant stakeholders;
·  Be accountable for securing efficiency and implementing improvements in the unit;
·  Ensure the capacities and resources in the unit with great quality for the many people;
·  Secure that an appropriate corporate & legal Risk & Compliance structure is in place and working;
·  Be accountable for the negotiated cost development of the unit;
·  Work under great freedom where delegation and assuming responsibility is a natural part;
·  Be accountable for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for the unit;
·  Build the trustful relations with local authorities;
·  Develop, communicate, explain and follow-up of relevant strategies and action plans;
