We are searching for an enthusiastic leader with passion for business and people. You’ll be trained for the store manager position but at the same time you’ll have real job assignment with clear responsibilities. One of IKEA stores in Budapest will be the training store for you to prepare you to become the store manager in one of the store within our region CZ/HU/SK. Therefore your mobility within CZHUSK countries is required and experience in retail environment is an advantage.

ABOUT THE JOB
You’ll have direct responsibility for leading and developing part of the management team as well as the store business. At the same time you will act as a back-up for the Store Manager and you shall be able to grow and develop needed competence to be ready for a Store Manager position in its full extent during the limited time period (1-2 years).

ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT
Your assignment includes strategical as well as tactical tasks and together with your store manager you will:
·  Develop IKEA retailing in the local market, lead the multichannel transformation and ensure alignment with the IKEA Group Direction.
·  Build a strong IKEA Brand position and increase our competitiveness and customer base.
·  Create and implement a store retail business plan that combines local priorities with the national directions.
·  Secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels by ensuring that the IKEA store is always striving to fulfill the IKEA customer motivators. WE NEED FROM YOU:
