Deputy Shopkeeper Kitchen department

THE JOB
You will be co-responsible for the department HFB 07+08 (Kitchen & Table and chair). The department will for the next two years be one of our main focus as part of the global campaign, “It all starts with the food”. The department consists of 34 highly motivated part and fulltime employees. Your main responsibilities as Deputy Shopkeeper will be to secure growth through solid Business and people skills.
You will be responsible in implementing and securing the department business plan, making sure the long-term growth. It comes natural for you to act as project manager going into dialogue with various stakeholders. You have the skills and are keen to finding better ways to optimising sales and profitability all in close cooperation with your team and through solid knowledge of your range, local market and customer preferences.

PROFILE
You are an experienced leader who can document your sales and people results. Your business understanding and competences are unpiggable. You have success in your current and past roles and are now ready to take your next career step. Your personal skills makes it natural for you to motivate, coach and develop your team continuously. You master the ability to be part of a fast passed environment taking rapid decisions but at the same time, you have an eye for detail when project planning.
