WHO ARE YOU?
You are a self-motivated, team player and desire to take on responsibility to do a good job. Good communication skills, service-oriented, fluent in English and basic knowledge of PC skills. Passion for retailing, positive attitude in work and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You are energetic, friendly and pleasant with an out-going personality.

HOW IS THE JOB?
You will act as the liaison officer between the organization and its customers and interact regularly with customers to gain their feedback and consolidate this feedback to superior ways to satisfy and attract more customers. Support Exchange and Returns, Back Office and MPU (Merchandise Pick-up) whenever the need arises and follow-up on “DWSA” (Delivery when stock arrives) cases and also “No Stock” cases. Manage COD (Cash on delivery) cases when payment has not been collected and compile statistics and perform other duties related to the job as and when requested by the company from time to time. You are to answer enquires from phone-in customers and also provide service recovery of IKEA's external contractors. Open to working retail shifts from Monday to Sunday in covering the operation's high peak & low peak period.
