For this role we believe you have minimum of 3 years’ experience leading your own team within Human Resources, preferred also 1-3 years of experience from CFF/DS organisation. You have cross-functional understanding of INGKA/IKEA Matrix and operations, preferably also experience from leading organisational transformation.

ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as Customer Fulfilment People & Culture Business Partner, you act as Business Partner to CFF Market Manager and support transition into CFF market organisation. You ensure close cooperation across the People & Culture country organisation by providing support and guidance to (CFF) Unit People & Culture Managers. You also drive transition toward a new IKEA with close collaboration between CFF and Retail by being a leader for “total business mind-set” within IKEA Retailing.

You will:

·  Be a strategic People & Culture partner to the CFF Market manager, aligning and translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to People & Culture requirements and playing a key role in establishing and developing the CFF market organisation
·  Be responsible for coordinating leadership and succession for the country CFF organisation
·  Collaborate closely with Group CFF P&C matrix to secure CFF specific knowledge and tools, as well as align on common processes and best practices
·  Build networks with stakeholders across the country organisation, both P&C and other functions, to proactively drive shift in perspective toward total business mindset
·  Act as sparring partner to all People & Culture functions to help them understand what people alignments are required
·  Drive all people alignment work necessary to enable the new situation where CFF and Retail are one: including e.g. Compensation and Benefits policies
·  Participate in Unit Boards for CFF units where relevant
·  Be a key speaking partner for CFF Unit P&C Managers in ensuring they are fully supported and report their needs both to Country P&C functions, Group CFF P&C matrix and Group P&C Centre of Expertise as relevant as well as ensuring they learn about the Retail organisation, and understand their role and contribution in the new set up  
In this role you will report to the Country People & Culture Manager.

This role is located in the IKEA Canada Service Office in Burlington, Ontario. This role will require frequent travel, up to 50%, internationally and domestically
