Today we have around 800 co-workers working in Australia, China, Japan, India, and South Korea. With 7 logistics units located in Asia Pacific, we today support 50+ IKEA stores in this region.
By 2025, we will have 1,600+ co-workers, 40+ logistic units supporting 130+ IKEA Stores.

CDOS team is responsible for maintaining an efficient replenishment of CDC/CPUs, controlling the Range-set up, monitoring the order flow and securing a qualitative information flow to concerned parties, we are going to run customer distribution in 5 AP markets (CN/JP/SKr/AU/IN)

About You

You need to have:

·  Relevant experience in logistic/supply chain. E.g. RST, RSI, CDOS, IOS, etc. project experience will be plus.
·  A sense of urgency to resolve issues during stock guild-up, and taking accountability for the end result
·  Use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with IKEA's core values
·  Communication and partner with co-workers across the organization
·  Fluent English
·  3-5 years commitment in this function as we are building and establishing a totally new function in AP

Knowledge:

·  Logistic competence or relevant education would be an asset
·  Good knowledge of customer orders/replenishment administration systems can be an advantage
·  Numeric skills
·  Experience from other part of supply chain can be a plus
·  Willingness to work with different IT systems

About the job

·  Be sub-project leader for stock build up to new CDC/CPU in AP and be a key contributor in new CDC/CPU project led by Multi-Channel Network
·  Coordinates all stakeholders in replenishment project to work together to secure goods availability goals met before CDC/CPU opening at lowest possible cost
·  Represent CDOS AP and contribute improvement workgroups and secure the implementation of improved processes, working methods and tasks descriptions in AP
