About you
We are looking for you who are an experienced insight professionals who have worked internationally, using a wide range of insight tools and who have the ability to link the insights to business needs. You have a good understanding of macro trends and how to build integrated insight point of view witch engage stakeholders to make things happen. IKEA work culture is based on collaboration across functions, so we are looking for people who enjoy working with others when building solutions. You are the leader of the thoughts who will show the way to a new level of using insights.

About the job
IKEA is building a new Strategy, Planning & Insights function within the global Marketing & ComIn department to drive desire for the IKEA brand and range, as well as enticing customers to come to the store.

The Integrated Insight department has the task to secure that we are well informed about consumers, brand performance, the market place and people's life at home, enabling us to build strong consumer engagement.

About the assignment
We have three positions open; understanding trends & people's life at home, understanding brand performance & building creative content, and lastly applying analytics/data & transforming the way we work with markets.

All positions will be responsible for both consumer insight generation and for supporting specific business partners in global functions and in markets globally.
The job is equally about building impact with insights and business understanding on the one hand, and smart, innovative project execution on the other.
