As a person you are engaged and committed to Compensation and Benefit Framework in global functions. You have knowledge of Compensation and Benefit practices and policies (regulations), tax regulationsand legislation together with a good knowledge of the Swedish labor law and compliances in relation to this area. You have good communication skills and can create trust and support co-workers in a confidential way. You enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment and are preferably familiar with working globally. We would love to see that you have the ambition to grow with us!
For this role we believe you have proven training in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent. You have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience and 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefit related position. You also have proven experience with handling multiple stakeholders.
What about the job?
In the role as Compensation and Benefit specialist you will provide expertise in and secure implementing of Compensation and Benefit program in Group Functions with focus on effectively attracting and retaining key talent.
You will:
· Be responsible for providing expertise and services in the outlining and implementation of the right Compensation and Benefit level for managers and co-worker in Group Functions.
· Translate global guidelines into local Compensation and Benefit Frameworks for Group Functions.
· Cooperate with e.g. Recruitment and Mobility to handle requests.
· Execute and optimize internal reporting on relevant HR Compensation and Benefit metrics, including updating co-worker records.
· Work with other departments such as Finance and HR to cross-check and report on potential deviations from the framework, policies and governance as well as Swedish tax law.
· Partner with an area at IKEA called 'Centre of Expertise 'on Co-Workers Relations regarding implementation of strategic decisions and best practice.
