About the job

We are looking for two part time Commercial Activities Co-Workers to join the Commercial Activities Team in Rhodes.Do you have an interest in increasing the satisfaction of customers by increasing the value of our products? As a Commercial Activities Co-Worker you will be tasked with thinking strategically about the best possible add-on products and ensuring they are available for our customers.
As a Commercial Activities Co-worker you:

·  Will be proactive in seeking commercial opportunities through the store
·  Are passionate about the IKEA product range, national priorities, volume commitments and local market conditions to have drive sales and increase average ticket in the store
·  Be customer focused in all your professional activities; whether that is keeping the shop floor clean, refilling stock so purchase is possible or constantly making sure add-ons are commercially desired
·  Enjoy working in a fast paced environment; not afraid to get stuck into physical tasks with safety as a main priority
·  Demonstrate IKEA Leadership Capabilities, you will be able to break up big tasks in order to bring the team together to implement our daily tasks; leading from the front at all times. This role is an exciting to opportunity to develop both yourself and IKEA!
