ABOUT YOU
As a person you are passionate about people, their rights and wellbeing. You have engagement and commitment to develop the business and deliver business results by optimising performance through people, mostly on tactical and operational level. You are an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment.
You have knowledge of legislation regarding resolving disputes between IKEA and other corporate and civil parties and the rights and obligations of co-workers and employers. You are prepared to mediate the relationship between co-workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government. You have an overview about fair trading and consumer protection laws and how to deal with related cases and how to create, implement and follow up on rules and practices that ensure accountability, compliance, fairness and transparency within IKEA.
You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility. You express ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication.
For this role you need to have proven record of developing people and organisations, sound experience of working with labor law and tariff agreements and preferably in a global matrix.
ABOUT THE JOB
In the role as Co-worker Relations Specialist, youcontribute to the overall co-worker relations strategy and follow up together with the organisation upholding our global Co-worker relations principles and code of conduct. You create the conditions for an engaging and healthy working environment where co-workers develop and perform.

In this role you will report to the Co-worker Relations Manager. Until our new Co-worker Relations Manager is in place, the Co-Worker Experience Manager Anette Platou will handle the recruitment.The role is located in Oslo (Asker).
