About the role (Full & Part time roles available)

You will be part of the Safety & Security Team within the store, ensuring the store is a safe and secure environment for co-workers and customers.

Whether you are meeting co-workers and visitors at reception, monitoring CCTV, responding to 1 st Aid incidents or patrolling the store ensuring all our customers & co-workers are safe. With thousands of visitors to the store each day, you can be sure that no 2 days will be the same.

About you

· Your personal values reflect the IKEA values.
· You are passionate about the IKEA brand and product range.
· You have an interest or experience in Health & Safety and Security.
· You have experience with electronic security systems such as Fire Alarms & Intruder Alarms.
· Proven ability to remain calm during emergency.
· You have a high level of integrity with the ability to stay impartial & neutral in all matters.
· You get energy from and enjoy working in a fast-changing environment.
· You are able to balance and prioritise a variety of tasks.
· You are highly organised, with a structured approach to complex processes.
