ABOUT THE JOB
You will support in the area in order to fulfil and optimise the recovery operations. You strive towards making a positive experience for customers, so they will return and shop with us again over time.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
· Support the handling and administration of returned and transferred products with the objective being to minimise loss and maximise profit.
· Carry out some IT data entry works documenting the returned products into appropriate bins.
· Strive to minimise the financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop.
· Assist Exchange & Return in sourcing of replacement part or missing parts.
· Re-pack products meant for Back-To-Stock (BTS).
· Scrap quality claim furniture following the procedures and assemble products for store themes in the store.
· Print and stick As-Is price tags on the furniture for sale in As-Is shop. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· Ability to prioritise and organise own work to handle several tasks at the same time
· Good attention to details.
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
· Assertive and able to remain claim and controlled when faced with emotional customers under stressful times.
