YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
· Contributes to preventing unnecessary costs related to our products and improving the customer's quality perception
· Works with quality claims as they are received
· Oversees the overall building and maintenance routines for all furniture in the store
· Decides when and how to recover products, while considering the sustainability impact
· Partners with all coworkers to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability, and quality
· Works with the returns department to confirm items as they are returned and determine the best method to uphold the overall quality of the product
· Identifies and develops potential growth and improvements for efficient ways of working through cooperation within the store YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· 3 years leadership experience
