We are in search for ambitious individuals with a passion in engaging with our customers, securing a positive shopping experience at one of the final stages of their buying process. We are also looking for team players who are passionate about customer service. Must be flexible and available at weekends. Friendly, open and confident individuals with in a customer facing role.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a checkout services coworker you will be experienced in a customer facing environment, enthusiastic and focused on serving our costumers in a fast and efficient way. It involves being friendly, approachable, confident and interested in providing excellent service to our customers. You always aim to create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again. You actively work towards fulfilling the four tasks of the store:
• To act as a highly efficient, and staffed, sales mechanism.
• To show home furnishing solutions full of inspiring home furnishing ideas.
• To serve as a well-qualified home furnishing specialist.
•To provide a day out for the whole family.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic passionate individuals who have the excellent communication skills to deal with customers on a daily basis to join Customer Relation Team. This is an exciting, fun and very energetic role where you will be working with a team of successful and experienced co-workers across checkout and services.

The role requires confidence, ambition and a passion for home furnishing. A natural rapport builder and able to communicate at all levels with both customers and co-workers.

4 X 16 hour contracts

Full flexibility, weekend and late shift availability is required, up to 5 days out of 7.
