About the job

CDOS is responsible for the fulfilment of customer distribution orders and providing accurate information regarding availability. Being the main entry point towards retail and coordinate within DS topics related to CD range, CDC/CPU replenishment and customer order management.

CDOS is responsible for assuring an optimized stock level at lowest possible cost in customer fulfilment units. Taking an active role in the development of Multi-Channel Network in areas connected to range and replenishment.

Purpose of the job
The role as CDOS Specialist contains 3 main processes all with the same goal of fulfilling customer distribution orders so that they can be delivered in time to our customers.

Range , together with all involved parties coordinate and allocate a commercial range in the most appropriate fulfilment unit and ensure that the range renewal process is followed.
Replenishment , Monitor and maintain replenishment orders to ensure that service level demands are met.
Assure an optimized stock level in all units and initiate necessary actions.
Order management , Monitor customer distribution orders and handle deviations. Secure a high qualitative information flow to concerned stakeholders.

About the job
You will be working with the following tasks:

·  Review suggested range allocations and set all system parameters connected to range
·  Ensure a high new article availability by starting replenishment according to timeline
·  Maintain demand for replenishment, monitoring of replenishment orders and initiate necessary actions to secure high availability for sales activities and constraint/peak periods
·  Minimize quantities of discontinued articles in all customer fulfilment units at end date sale and coordinate the clearing process according to working methods.
·  Monitor customer orders and initiate deviation handling.
·  Coordinate and monitor large/exceptional order handling in order to secure a successful delivery
·  Development/evaluation of working routines and follow-up of operational key figures
·  Participate and contribute in projects and competence networks This assignment is limited up to 12 months and could be a great opportunity for your next development step.
