About the job
ABOUT THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to reach the goals and tasks of CDC by optimize recourse allocation, follow control, communication, coordinator and trouble shooting.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
· Manage departures (order addition, QAR, etc.) in order to achieve the objectives requested (productivity, quality, delay ...)
· Closing shipments and receipts in information systems throughout the activity.
· Solve the most common system problems and trace the recurring system anomalies to the system administrator (Super User)
· May be required to carry out assignments related to the Input / Output Planning Officer position and Operations Support staff.
· May allocate operational resources according to priorities
· Communicate with external stakeholders such as SBF and TSP to secure customer satisfaction. YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
· Good overall knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics flows
· Perfect knowledge of the geography of the warehouse (MHA, docks, picking, masses, transfer area, xblock, deepstack ...)
· Good computer knowledge and information systems: Astro, Cognos, GTS, Outlook, Silo, Office Pack
· Field experience would be a plus
· Basic English and fluent In Mandarin GROWING TOGETHER
