ABOUT THE JOB
To provide an easy buying experience for all customers throughout the complete payment process by ensuring the check-out service is efficient and payments are handled in a reliable, accurate and friendly way.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
·  Responsible for collection of payment for goods and services from customers at the Checkout and or Self Service counter.
·  Solve payment problems when they occur and recognise the need to escalate an issue to higher authorisation when necessary.
·  Maintain good order and cleanliness in your work area
·  Provide relevant information to our customers and assist them on their enquiries from time to time YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
·  A strong team player who is customer serviced oriented
·  You have good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Able to work in a fast paced work environment
·  Meticulous with an eye for details and comfortable to handle cash transaction
·  Physically fit to handle bulky or heavy merchandise and pro-long standing
·  Basic knowledge in MS Office and cashiering systems
·  Able to commit to working on weekend and public holidays GROWING TOGETHER
