As our Cashline Co-worker, you will;
· Have an energetic and team focused approach as this is one department that is never quiet!
· Be a true customer advocate; working in a fast paced environment where you will provide rapid customer focused problem solving, with a smile on your face.
· Previous experience in a customer facing service role, including cash handling experience.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· Have strong attention to detail and willingness to accept responsibility.
· Assist customers with the payment of their products.
· Have a passion for life at home; have the confidence to say “Yes I love IKEA”.

· Understand your department's action plans, and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager.
