·  Have some experience from catering for large meetings and/or hotel
·  Have documented education within food technology

·  Be cost conscious

About Hubhult Cafe

The Cafe serves IKEA co-workers and visitor's breakfast, lunch and snacks. The café also provides catering service for the many meetings and gatherings at Hubhult. The café stands for the healthier and more sustainable alternative and prepare as much as possible from the ground. Serving up to 1 000 meals a day Hubhult Café needs to be a structured but flexible organisation and be able to very quickly adapt to the need of our guests. We do not see problems - only solutions! Together in the team it is our responsibility to make this come true!

With your ability to structure and prioritise your work and being a true team player you will contribute to a great working environment in Hubhult.

About the Assignment

As a café co-worker your task will be to,
·  Keep the Café nice and tidy for our guests,
·  Fill up the shelves in the Café shop
·  Stand in checkout, and do the dishes.
·  Help out in the kitchen to prepare the different kinds of dishes we serve.
·  And customary occurring tasks in the Café As a cold buffet manageress your task will be to,
·  Prepare raw food, cold dishes like ready-made lunch plates, salads, sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, buffets etc.
·  Bake cakes and cookies for our buffet.
·  Manage our catering orders.
·  And customary occurring tasks in the Café.
·  Creativity will be much welcome.
It is two full time permanent positions, one permanent position on 80% and one temporary position until 171231 on 80 %. Monday – Friday. Evening schedule may occur.
